Over eight years, I have had diverse and interesting experiences in the tourism industry, especially in the areas of beverage sales to hiking guests. My courier journey started when I was still in elementary school where I tried to sell drinks to tired and thirsty climbers on their way to rest.

After several years in this job, I felt interested in exploring the tourism industry further. I decided to continue my education at Liberty Tourism College, a well-known campus that focuses on the tourism industry. There, I gained more in-depth knowledge about tourism management, tour guides, and various other related aspects.

Apart from that, I also took the opportunity to take part in training at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur. This training gave me practical insight into hotel operations, customer service and overall hospitality management. This experience is very valuable for the development of my career in the tourism industry.

After completing the training, I decided to focus on my work as a climbing guide on Mount Batur, Bali. As a climbing guide, I am not only responsible for the safety and comfort of the climbers, but also act as a tour guide who provides information about the natural beauty of the surroundings and the history of the place.

After several years working as a climbing guide, I felt ready to take the next step in my career. I and several of my colleagues who are experienced in the tourism industry decided to open an online-based business in Bali. This business focuses on providing attractive and varied tour packages, ranging from mountain climbing, tours to popular tourist attractions, to local cultural experiences.

Through this business, we strive to provide an unforgettable tourism experience for our customers, while still paying attention to the values ​​of curiosity and respect for local culture. With a combination of practical experience, formal education and entrepreneurial spirit, we hope to continue to develop and make a positive contribution to the tourism industry in Bali.
